Impresariat w tej sprawie zwraca si\u0119 do sekcji informatycznej o wydanie takich kart dla poszczeg\u00f3lnych os\u00f3b z odpowiednim wyprzedzeniem.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li5\">Wjazd na parking pracowniczy Opery jest mo\u017cliwy wy\u0142\u0105cznie na podstawie elektronicznej karty osobowej. Wyj\u0105tkiem s\u0105 s\u0142u\u017cby porz\u0105dkowe, kt\u00f3re s\u0105 wpuszczane na teren parkingu przez s\u0142u\u017cb\u0119 ochrony. W takim przypadku pracownik ochrony po otwarciu szlabanu przy wje\u017adzie na posesj\u0119 ma obowi\u0105zek osobistego sprawdzenia i nadzorowania przyjazdu s\u0142u\u017cb.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li5\">Ograniczone zostaj\u0105 wej\u015bcia do budynku Opery os\u00f3b, nie b\u0119d\u0105cych pracownikami Opery.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li5\">Kierownicy dzia\u0142\u00f3w, w kt\u00f3rych wymagana jest obecno\u015b\u0107 os\u00f3b z zewn\u0105trz (m. in. przegl\u0105dy, serwisy i konserwacja urz\u0105dze\u0144, pralnia itd.) powinni zweryfikowa\u0107 aktualne potrzeby i w razie ostatecznej konieczno\u015bci, przekaza\u0107 do sekretariatu &#8211; imi\u0119 i nazwisko osoby, dat\u0119 planowanej wizyty i dane pracownika koordynuj\u0105cego takie spotkanie. Taka informacja nast\u0119pnie jest przekazywana do ochrony budynku celem weryfikacji danej osoby przy wej\u015bciu do Opery.\u00a0Po wej\u015bciu do przedsionka, taka osoba zostanie poproszona o podanie swoich danych osobowych i danych koordynatora. Ochrona zobowi\u0105zana jest zadzwoni\u0107 po osob\u0119 koordynuj\u0105c\u0105 spotkanie, o zej\u015bcie po go\u015bcia. Drzwi prowadz\u0105ce do kulis od strony widowni powinny by\u0107 zabezpieczone przed dost\u0119pem z obu stron, a dost\u0119p pracowniczy po godzinie 17 b\u0119d\u0105 mia\u0142y tylko wyznaczone osoby.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li5\">Do budynku nie b\u0119d\u0105 wpuszczani kurierzy, realizuj\u0105cy zam\u00f3wienia prywatne pracownik\u00f3w.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li5\">Kurierskie zam\u00f3wienia s\u0142u\u017cbowe, kierowane na Oper\u0119 b\u0119d\u0105 realizowane z zachowaniem zasad bezpiecze\u0144stwa. Pracownik realizuj\u0105cy zam\u00f3wienia na rzecz Opery ma obowi\u0105zek poda\u0107 podczas zam\u00f3wienia swoje imi\u0119 i nazwisko oraz numer telefonu s\u0142u\u017cbowego. Kurierzy mog\u0105 wej\u015b\u0107 tylko do przedsionka wej\u015bcia s\u0142u\u017cbowego (przed ko\u0142owrotem elektronicznego dost\u0119pu). Po skontaktowaniu si\u0119 kuriera z pracownikiem \u2013 pracownik wychodzi do przedsionka s\u0142u\u017cbowego, tam sprawdza poprawno\u015b\u0107 zam\u00f3wienia (otwiera przy kurierze paczk\u0119 i sprawdza zawarto\u015b\u0107). Po stwierdzeniu prawid\u0142owo\u015bci mo\u017cliwym jest wniesienie paczki do budynku Opery. Je\u017celi zawarto\u015b\u0107 paczki nie zgadza si\u0119 z zam\u00f3wieniem i jest podejrzana, nale\u017cy poinformowa\u0107 Dyrekcj\u0119 i Policj\u0119 (numer alarmowy 112 b\u0105d\u017a 997) o takiej przesy\u0142ce i pozostawi\u0107 w przedsionku do przybycia s\u0142u\u017cb Policji. Dyrekcja mo\u017ce podj\u0105\u0107 decyzj\u0119 w takim przypadku o ewakuacji os\u00f3b z budynku.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li5\">Przesy\u0142ki pocztowe realizowane przez listonoszy Poczty Polskiej r\u00f3wnie\u017c b\u0119d\u0105 realizowane z zachowaniem zasad bezpiecze\u0144stwa. Pracownicy Poczty Polskiej mog\u0105 wej\u015b\u0107 wy\u0142\u0105cznie do przedsionka wej\u015bcia s\u0142u\u017cbowego (przed ko\u0142owrotem elektronicznego dost\u0119pu). Nast\u0119pnie pracownik ochrony informuje pracownika w sekretariacie o przyj\u015bciu listonosza. Pracownik sekretariatu ma obowi\u0105zek zej\u015b\u0107 do przedsionka i odebra\u0107 przesy\u0142ki listowne.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li5\">Zwi\u0119kszony zostaje nadz\u00f3r pracownik\u00f3w ochrony nad budynkiem. Zwi\u0119ksza si\u0119 liczb\u0119 obchod\u00f3w pracownik\u00f3w ochrony w budynku, jak te\u017c wok\u00f3\u0142 budynku i na parkingu z 2 do 4 obchod\u00f3w.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li5\">Dodatkowi pracownicy ochrony nadzoruj\u0105 wej\u015bcie g\u0142\u00f3wne przed spektaklami oraz w trakcie wej\u015bcia widz\u00f3w do budynku i po spektaklach. Nale\u017cy zwr\u00f3ci\u0107 uwag\u0119 na pozostawione bez nadzoru baga\u017ce, pude\u0142ka, torby, plecaki oraz osoby zachowuj\u0105ce si\u0119 nienaturalnie. W przypadku znalezienia podejrzanego przedmiotu nale\u017cy stosowa\u0107 si\u0119 do obowi\u0105zuj\u0105cej w Operze instrukcji alarmowej (Zarz\u0105dzenie nr 9\/2019 z dnia 7.11.2019 w sprawie wprowadzenia do stosowania Instrukcji Alarmowej).<\/li>\n<li class=\"li5\">W godzinach pracy kasy biletowej dodatkowy pracownik ochrony nadzoruje wej\u015bcie g\u0142\u00f3wne do budynku Opery.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p class=\"p4\"><b>\u00a7 2<\/b><\/p>\n<ol class=\"ol1\">\n<li class=\"li7\">Zarz\u0105dzenie wchodzi w \u017cycie z dniem wydania<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li7\">Zobowi\u0105zuje si\u0119 kierownik\u00f3w kom\u00f3rek organizacyjnych Opery Wroc\u0142awskiej do zapoznania wszystkich podleg\u0142ych pracownik\u00f3w z tre\u015bci\u0105 zarz\u0105dzenia.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Wroc\u0142aw, dnia 25.02.2022<\/p>\n<p>Halina O\u0142dakowska<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><strong>TRANSLATION<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><strong>ORDER NO. 2\/2022<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><strong>of the Director of Wroc\u0142aw Opera House<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><strong>of 25.02.2022<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><strong>on the introduction of safety rules in the buildings of Wroc\u0142aw Opera during emergencies (alarms)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"p4\">Pursuant to \u00a7 5 para. 5 pt. 4 in connection with \u00a7 5(4) of the Statute of the Wroc\u0142aw Opera of 28 February 2013, granted by Resolution No. XXXII\/934\/13 of the Lower Silesian Voivodoship Assembly of the 28th February 2013, in connection with the Regulation of the Prime Minister of the 25.07.2016 on the scope of undertakings to be carried out in individual alarm degrees and CRP alarm degrees, I order as follows:<\/p>\n<p class=\"p5\"><b>\u00a7 1<\/b><\/p>\n<ol class=\"ol1\">\n<li class=\"li6\">Employees may enter and leave the Wroc\u0142aw Opera building only with an electronic personal card.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li6\">The card is assigned to one person and each time the use of it is recorded.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li6\">The personal card serves at the same time as an ID badge, which the employee is obliged to wear on clothing in a visible place.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li6\">The card may not be lent to other persons. It is issued for a limited period and, after expiry of that period, must be renewed or returned to the IT section. In the case of loss the IT section must be informed immediately.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li6\">Guest artists and producers of performances who are not employees of the Opera shall receive from the management temporary electronic personal cards allowing them to enter the Opera area. The agency shall request the IT section to issue such cards for individual persons in advance.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li6\">Entry to the Opera House staff car park is only possible with an electronic ID card. An exception to this rule is housekeeping staff, who are admitted to the car park premises by security staff. In such case, after opening the barrier at the entrance to the premises, a security guard is obliged to personally check and supervise the arrival of the service.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li6\">Access to the Opera House by persons who are not employees of the Opera House is restricted.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li6\">Managers of departments where the presence of outsiders is required (e.g. inspection, servicing and maintenance of equipment, laundry, etc.) should verify current needs and, in case of final necessity, communicate to the secretariat &#8211; the name of the person, the date of the planned visit and details of the employee coordinating such a meeting. Such information is then forwarded to building security for verification of the person at the entrance to the Opera House. Upon entering the vestibule, such a person will be asked to provide their personal data and the coordinator&#8217;s data. Security is obliged to call the person coordinating the meeting to come down for the guest. The coordinator has direct supervision of the inspection or service.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li6\">No unauthorised persons (guests, audience members bringing flowers or other acknowledgements) may enter the Opera House through the backstage area. Doors leading to the backstage area from the audience side should be secured against access from both sides, and staff access after 5pm will be restricted to designated persons only.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li6\">Couriers carrying out private orders for employees will not be allowed into the building.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li6\">Courier service orders addressed to the Opera will be carried out in compliance with security rules. An employee carrying out orders for the Opera is obliged to state his\/her name and business telephone number during the order. Couriers may only enter the service entrance vestibule (before the electronic access turnstile). After the courier contacts the employee, the employee goes to the service vestibule, where he\/she checks the correctness of the order (opens the package in front of the courier and checks its contents). After confirming the correctness of the order it is possible to take the package to the Opera House building. If the content of the package does not correspond to the order and is suspicious, the Directorate and the Police (112 or 997 emergency number) should be informed about the package and it should be left in the vestibule until the Police arrive. In such a case the Management may decide to evacuate people from the building.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li6\">Postal deliveries carried out by post Poczta Polska postmen will also be carried out in compliance with safety rules. Post poczta Polska employees may enter only the service entrance vestibule (before the electronic access turnstile). The security officer will then inform the employee at the secretariat about the postman&#8217;s arrival. The employee of the secretariat is obliged to go down to the vestibule and collect the postal items.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li6\">Security staff supervision of the building is increased. The number of security staff rounds in the building, as well as around the building and in the car park, is increased from 2 to 4 rounds.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li6\">Additional security staff supervise the main entrance before performances and during the audience&#8217;s entrance to the building and after performances. Attention should be paid to unattended luggage, boxes, bags, rucksacks and persons behaving unnaturally. In the event of finding a suspicious object, follow the Opera House&#8217;s Emergency Instruction (Order No. 9\/2019 of 7.11.2019 on the implementation of the Emergency Instruction).<\/li>\n<li class=\"li6\">During ticket office hours, an additional security officer supervises the main entrance to the Opera House.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p class=\"p5\"><b>\u00a7 2<\/b><\/p>\n<ol class=\"ol1\">\n<li class=\"li7\">The Order shall enter into force on the date of its adoption.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li7\">The heads of the organisational units of the Wroc\u0142aw Opera are obliged to acquaint all
