S\u0142owacki Street, between 9 a.m. and 1 p.m.<\/strong>\u00a0Blood can be donated in a special bus of the Regional Centre for Blood Donation and Haematology.<\/p>\n Thanks to this action, blood stocks in Lower Silesian hospitals will increase!<\/strong><\/p>\n A blood donor can be a person aged 18-65 years who has not recently travelled to other countries, has not had contact with a person infected with the virus or in quarantine, and is in generally good health. Everyone who volunteers to donate blood must be healthy, well-rested and have drunk about 2 litres of fluids in the day before donation, after a lightly digested meal.
